Our mobility options are designed to reduce CO2e emissions while improving the quality of life of our employees. Our sustainable mobility options include
Flexible Working Hours and Home Office:
To reduce commuting, we offer flexible working hours and home office options that allow employees to organise their working hours and locations flexibly.
Job Tickets for Public Transport:
We support our employees by providing job tickets or subsidising travel cards that enable access to public transport.
Bicycle Leasing:
Employees can lease bicycles or e-bikes at attractive conditions through our bicycle leasing programme
Electric Vehicles and Charging Stations:
At some of our plants, we offer the option of charging electric micro-mobility vehicles such as e-bikes and electric scooters free of charge at specially designed charging stations.
For employees at home, the costs for the car charging stations are covered if they have an electric company car.
