The identification of new sustainability matters in the context of our business is based on regular and focused dialog with all stakeholders.
We document our contact with stakeholders in accordance with the requirements of our ISO 9001 Integrated Management Systems (IMS). We are in regular or occasional contact with seven stakeholder groups and their respective sub-groups. Interactions with our stakeholders are based on our Corporate Guidelines and Codes of Conduct. They are additionally based on ethical standards such as respect for human rights in our business activities.
