Reporting obligations today and tomorrow

WashTec is subject to statutory requirements for sustainability reporting, in accordance with:

• Section 315b of the German Commercial Code
• Directive 2014/95 (EU) on non-financial reporting
• The German CSR Directive Implementation Act
• The EU Taxonomy Regulation
• From 2024: The EU Corporate Sustainability Directive (CSRD)

Our non-financial reporting for 2022 on the first two environmental objectives under the EU Taxonomy is presented on pages 39 to 45 of our Annual Report 2022.

We will include future new requirements such as additional Taxonomy criteria in our reporting in accordance with the statutory application dates. Application of the German Supply Chain Act is not yet mandatory for our Company (as of January 2024). We have already taken all precautions to comply with these regulations.
