Smart services based on digital solutions already supplement our established business model consisting of equipment, chemicals and service. Our smart services connect WashTec equipment with customers’ own IT.

Using mywashtec, our digital platform, we connect the carwashes on customer premises with WashTec. As a result, our service technicians are kept informed and are better able to plan their service and maintenance call-outs. Looking ahead, we expect to avoid unnecessary service call-outs, with a resulting reduction in our carbon footprint. In addition, remote services enable us to support our customers while conserving resources at the same time.
